The NGSA command center operates around the clock. Anything that triggers a sensor or alarm can be verified immediately by the technology and again from a remote location. Our monitoring staff works directly with law enforcement and our security professionals in the field so that in the event of a real threat we can dispatch the appropriate personnel to handle the situation.
RESPONSE
We have a team of highly trained personnel patrols that performs security assignments at locations wherever we’re needed, working directly with the our command center to share important information in real-time. Our personnel is readily able to identify and deal with any situation accordingly.
